¿Qué es la felicidad? ¿Es lo mismo ser feliz que estar feliz?

 Yo creo que no.

Estar feliz es un estado de ánimo. Puedes estar feliz porque has aprobado un examen, porque te has encontrado con un viejo amigo, porque te han hecho un bonito regalo...Creo que tiene que ver con un momento determinado. Aunque puede durar mucho tiempo, claro.

Ser feliz es diferente. Es una forma de vivir la vida, creo que podría explicarse así. Eres feliz porque tienes todo lo que podrías desear y no necesitas más. Eres feliz cuando llevas mucho tiempo queriendo tener hijos y te enteras de que estás embarazada. Aunque, claro, en el momento en el que te enteras, también estás feliz.

Supongo que todo es muy subjetivo. Cada uno ve felicidad en cosas diferentes. Muchos dicen que está en las cosas pequeñas(algo con lo que estoy de acuerdo), otros creen que está en el dinero o en el amor...La verdad es que la mayoría cree que está relacionado con lo que deseas, que conseguirlo es lo que te hace feliz. Pero deberíamos centrarnos más en lo que ya tenemos. Siempre querremos más, está claro, pero es lo que tenemos, lo que nos hace seguir adelante cada día. Y muchas veces tendemos a no agradecerlo, a no darnos cuenta. Así que les animo a mirar alrededor y sonreír a todos aquellos que nos hacen la vida más llevadera. Ellos son la felicidad.

Hoy hago un post tan optimista porque no es la mejor época para mucha gente. Exámenes, problemas, tristeza...Eso, probablemente, haga que no estemos felices pero seguiré creyendo en la teoría de la montaña rusa: Algunas veces estaremos abajo, pero otras subiremos o nuestra vida hará un looping. Habrá que confiar en ello.  

Por cierto, yo soy feliz :)

Me siento encerrada en una jaula, que yo construí para estar más protegida. Quiero salir de aquí y poder ver el sol. Quiero sentir que nadie puede pararme, sólo yo. 

Hace tiempo que me encontré, que me vi tal y como era. Desde ese día, asumí que volar no iba a ser fácil, que harían lo posible por hundirme. Pero estoy cansada. De mentir. De llorar. De interpretar un papel. Para no hacer daño. Mientras me hago daño a mí. Mientras me dejo morir en la jaula. Mientras mis sentimientos se ahogan y mi voz se agota de gritar. De que nadie la escuche. De que se pierda entre la gente.

Necesito ser libre. Aunque hace ya tiempo que, dentro de mí, vivo en libertad.
